1.1 RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES POLICY
We strive to have every customer fall in-love with their closures/frontals or bundles.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
The Raw Xperience maintains the highest level of quality. All bundles, including wefts, are thoroughly sanitized and deep conditioned once they arrives from its respective countries of origin. Afterwards, bundles are inspected for acceptable quality, prior to shipping. Your hair is ready for immediate use upon opening your package.
Please ensure that you test all hair products before using it on the hair as this can cause damage.
We are also not responsible for any damage caused by over bleaching or hair dye. We suggest seeking professional help when dying your hair extensions.
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! The Raw Xperience, does not refund at any time.
1.2 EXCHANGE
Please review your order carefully prior to the final confirmation when submitting your purchase. Should your received order different from the order you placed online, due to our processing mistake, we will happily exchange the incorrect piece(s) for the correct order. You must email us within 48 hours of your delivery to receive clearance and further instruction to exchange.
