SHIPPING POLICY

 1.2 EXCHANGE

Please review your order carefully prior to the final confirmation when submitting your purchase.  Should your received order different from the order you placed online, due to our processing mistake, we will happily exchange the incorrect piece(s) for the correct order. You must email us within 48 hours of your delivery to receive clearance and further instruction to exchange.

1.3 SHIPPING TIME

Please allow up to 23 business days for all orders to process.

 (Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays)

You will NOT receive any updates on your order while it's being processed.

Please do not request tracking information or updates on your order unless the appropriate processing time for the order has passed, which is the amount of time you agreed to when order was placed. Tracking information will be automatically sent via email after order has been processed.

After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

Shipping takes between 2-5 business days. (Depending on the destination).

 

1.4 READY TO SHIP ORDERS

Ready to ship orders ship out the next business day (2-5 Day Shipping)    

After an order is in the hands of Bpost/PostNl or DHL for international orders, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
 
Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is return, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
