You have read the product description and understand the product you are receiving. You understand en agree to our no refund policy. You understand that once an order is submitted changes or cancellations can not me made. 

Kosani Hair, distributes 100% natural, virgin hair. Due to the nature of our product (each individual bundle of hair is derived from an individual donor), there is no exact match between bundles. However, we match similar bundles within our virgin line, to ensure continuity in your style.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. 

SECTION 2 - PAYMENT TERMS

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay payments. Upon placing your order, your credit card is charged immediately.  Therefore, PLEASE review your items and shipping information carefully.  Once submitted, your order cannot be reversed.

Credit card fraud and theft of Kosani Hair' merchandise is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Your billing address and shipping address must match to complete your order. If they do not, consider utilizing PayPal or Apple Pay to fulfill your order. A signature will be required to receive your order at the time of delivery.

 

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING DELAYS

Kosani Hair, provides shipping tracking information for your order. This is only an estimation of when your order will arrive.

SECTION 4 - FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Therefore, PLEASE check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via Bpost/PostNL/DHL/UPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you provide the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed any fee Bpost/PostNL/DHL/UPS charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

SECTION 9 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
